Job Summary

Drive Compass International Holdings’ market expansion by generating net-new pipeline for the Strategic Growth Team. You’ll educate the agent community, identify prospective agents in their networks, and outreach via cold calls, texts, emails, integrated campaigns, and LinkedIn. Partner with Agents and Strategic Growth Managers to qualify and transition referrals through full-cycle closing, while documenting activity in a CRM and analyzing emerging markets.

•Generate new business opportunities to build a sales pipeline through strategic inbound and outbound efforts.
•Reach out to prospective agents via cold-calls, texts, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, and LinkedIn campaigns.
•Present the value proposition and handle objections to create qualified opportunities in your market.
•Partner with Agents to identify referral opportunities and transition them to a Strategic Growth Manager for full-cycle closing.
•Document activities in the CRM and maintain accurate data management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience and a history of strong performance (SDR, Customer Success/Service, Direct Sales, or Account Management).
•Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills with a positive, solutions-oriented mentality.
•Self-starter who can exercise judgment, solve difficult problems without direct supervision, and navigate ambiguity.
•Excellent communication skills, including leading client meetings and presentations.
•Strong organization and the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
