Key Responsibilities

•Independently manage servicing for an assigned portfolio covering agented, direct, and non-agented commercial loan deals.
•Process assigned workflow-queue tasks using KeyView Deluxe (KVD).
•Maintain/report servicing activity and handle loan servicing requirements including advances, paydowns, repricing, payments, and disbursements.
•Identify and resolve risk management and client service issues in coordination with agent banks and management while balancing service and risk.
•Support ongoing initiatives to enhance the commercial lending platform and servicing structure, with a continuous improvement mindset.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 57,000 - 87,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED (required).
•4-year college degree or equivalent commercial loan experience.
•Intermediate understanding of financial and general ledger accounting entries, working within LoanIQ.
•Familiarity with commercial loan accounting systems, including KeyView Deluxe and LoanIQ (preferred).
•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; strong planning, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
