Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the design and implementation of Global Enterprise Affairs strategy and programs for international engagement with external stakeholders, including regulators and government officials.
  • •Draft and shape international policy advocacy deliverables (e.g., policy papers, briefing notes, position papers) in coordination with internal functions.
  • •Track and monitor global regulatory and political developments (including payment systems) to evaluate business impacts and inform regional and global business strategy.
  • •Apply risk management expertise to identify and mitigate regulatory risk and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and supervisory expectations.
  • •Lead coordination of timely and accurate responses to inquiries, examinations, and reporting requirements for global regulators.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,700 - 229,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience working with regulatory agencies, multilateral organizations, financial services institutions, government officials, consulting, or a combination.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in policy development, advocacy, strategic influencing, or public affairs.
  • •6+ years of experience working with regulatory agencies, multilateral organizations, financial services institutions, government officials, consulting, or a combination.
  • •6+ years of experience working with international regulatory agencies or international government officials, with a deep understanding of regional financial regulations and policies.
  • •Demonstrated ability to conduct policy analysis, synthesize complex information, and produce clear, evidence-based recommendations for senior decision-makers.
