Key Responsibilities

  • •Disassemble poultry and perform poultry processing tasks as you rotate on the production line.
  • •Learn and perform debone or evisceration-related production tasks.
  • •Ensure all work complies with company policies, agency guidelines, and federal, state, and local legal requirements.
  • •Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE correctly to promote a zero-accident culture.
  • •Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.35 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to learn and perform production tasks surrounding poultry processing, such as debone or evisceration.
  • •Follow all safety protocols and correctly wear required PPE (e.g., non-slip footwear, earplugs, hair and beard nets, hardhats) at all times.
  • •Perform all duties in compliance with company policies, agency guidelines (e.g., NCC Animal Welfare, U.S.D.A), and federal, state, and local legal requirements.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • •Previous poultry experience preferred.
