Job Summary

Senior IT professional responsible for designing, developing and maintaining internal IT systems, ensuring secure and efficient network infrastructure and endpoint device functionality. Lead end-user support, trainings, and ITIL-aligned incident/problem/change processes while automating deployments and maintaining CMDB data through SCCM, SCSM, and AD integrations.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices, including setting up new workstations and ensuring software compatibility.
•Update anti-virus software, implement firewalls, and perform regular data backups to prevent data loss and unauthorized access.
•Provide orientations and technical guidance to staff on how to use new systems, software, and office equipment effectively.
•Maintain detailed records of repairs, system modifications, and technical incidents for future auditing and reference.
•Use Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) to automate the deployment of operating systems, software packages, and security patches across the network.

Key Requirements

•Post secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networks or a related field.
•4+ years of industry experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or related roles.
•Understanding or experience with Network Infrastructure, Reporting Tools (e.g., Splunk, Rapid7, Tenable, SCCM) and Microsoft SharePoint.
•Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing help desk support to end users.
•Hands-on experience with the Microsoft System Center suite, specifically Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Service Manager (SCSM).
