Job Summary

Own the identification, pursuit, and closure of high-value cybersecurity opportunities for the Strategy Business Line. Lead market research and develop a 3-year growth roadmap, drive the end-to-end sales cycle, and build pipeline to hit quarterly and annual revenue targets. Build alliances with vendors and integrators, collaborate with Services/Engineering/Product on offerings, and present business cases and KPIs to senior leadership and the Board. Manage and mentor the business development team.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct in-depth market research and define target segments, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for cybersecurity opportunities.
•Develop and maintain a 3-year strategic growth roadmap for the Strategy Business Line.
•Lead the end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting through contract closure) and build/manage the pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
•Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with technology vendors, system integrators, and industry associations, including co-creating joint offerings.
•Collaborate with Services, Engineering, and Product to shape cybersecurity solutions; present forecasts and KPIs to senior leadership and the Board while managing and mentoring the BD team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
•Minimum 8 years of experience.
•Previous experience in business development, sales, or consulting within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
•Ability to build and manage a robust pipeline and drive quarterly and annual revenue targets.
•Experience ensuring business activities comply with internal policies, Saudi cybersecurity regulations, and international standards.
