Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore PE Board.
  • •Minimum 5–8 years of experience in infrastructure and utility planning and design for large-scale projects.
  • •Experience delivering major transportation, rail, road, infrastructure, or urban development projects.
  • •Practical experience with utility agency approval processes in Singapore; experience with IPAG submissions and approval management is an advantage.
  • •Proficiency with civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS Pro; BIM coordination and clash detection experience is an advantage.
