Job Summary

Serve as the customer liaison for repair orders at the Phoenix MRO facility, ensuring repair work moves smoothly from receipt through completion. Manage a high volume of active repair orders, coordinate daily with cross-functional teams (Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Finance), and administer commercial and military order processes. Review contractual requirements, mitigate delivery and financial risks, support invoicing, and ensure compliance with Global Trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing timely communication throughout the repair process.
•Manage 200+ active repair orders, overseeing order accuracy and responsiveness.
•Coordinate daily with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to meet customer requirements and delivery commitments.
•Administer commercial and military repair orders, including order entry, quoting, status updates, issue resolution, and invoicing support.
•Review and execute customer contractual requirements, mitigate delivery/financial risks, and investigate warranty claim validity.

Key Requirements
