  • •Manage day-to-day administration of North American health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert for U.S. benefits plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, spending accounts, and 401(k).
  • •Support benefits governance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • •Lead annual open enrollment planning and execution, including communications, enrollment materials, system configuration, and testing.
