Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accountability of Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) issued to Soldiers.
  • •Verify property book entries against system-of-record on-hand quantities and conduct cyclic, sensitive, and annual inventories.
  • •Reconcile property book discrepancies with the Accountable Property Officer (APO) and prepare/process adjustment documents (AARs, FLIPLs, Statements of Charges).
  • •Conduct OCIE issue and turn-in operations and perform QA on returned items for completeness and serviceability.
  • •Monitor and expedite inbound/outbound OCIE shipments, reconcile shipping documents (DA Form 3161, DD Form 1348-1A), and coordinate with Transportation, APO, SSA, DLA, and DLA Disposition Services to resolve delays or discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • •High school graduate (or equivalent) with good oral and written communications skills.
  • •Military or equivalent civilian training in an Army Supply System / ISM-CIF / Vantage.
  • •Two (2) years’ experience in logistics, automation, or supply management (or a combination thereof).
  • •Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening, obtain and maintain a CAC, and possess a REAL ID-compliant state-issued driver’s license.
