•Analyze reinsurance contracts to support the Trattati team.
•Prepare renewal data (premiums, claims, risk profiles) to inform pricing and risk assessment.
•Develop ad-hoc analyses to evaluate new business and maximize client value.
•Support KPI analyses for clients and market segments across lines of business.
•Assist with marketing activities and client visits/events to nurture relationships.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of experience in (re)insurance brokerage, either with an insurer or a reinsurer
•Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, actuarial science, statistics or other scientific fields
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically assess data and market opportunities
•Team player with ability to work in an international environment
•Fluent in English; proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
