Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, execute, and stabilize IT integrations for acquired entities’ hardware and software systems, including endpoint devices, servers, communication tools, SaaS platforms, and cloud environments.
  • •Lead physical hardware transitions during acquisitions, including IMACD, hardware lifecycle management, and provisioning strategies for employee devices.
  • •Oversee software portfolio consolidation, ensuring acquired systems are seamlessly transitioned into Anduril’s IT operating model.
  • •Facilitate onboarding processes for newly integrated employees, ensuring immediate and secure access to hardware, software, and tools.
  • •Develop and implement a comprehensive IT support plan to ensure seamless service delivery across hardware, software, and IT systems during M&A integrations.
