Recycling Operations Supervisor

Ensure nonferrous recycling receiving and processing operations run safely and efficiently. You’ll monitor and coordinate equipment, personnel, inventory, and shipping, enforce Health & Safety and quality standards, and drive process improvements. The role includes creating and maintaining SOPs, overseeing training and safety committee participation, validating incoming material quality and weight data, and partnering with commercial operations on inventory and buying strategy.
