Key Responsibilities

•Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (including 4/5-axis mills, lathes, and multi-axis) to fabricate metal parts for prototypes and small production runs.
•Receive and review CAD files and technical drawings; interpret work instructions, blueprints, sketches, and part specifications for dimensions, tolerances, and operation sequence.
•Program CNC machines using Mastercam to create accurate, high-quality parts; select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials.
•Inspect finished parts and prototypes for accuracy and quality using precision measuring tools and instruments.
•Maintain documentation of CNC programming, machine setups, material usage, and process improvements; troubleshoot machine/tooling/production issues and support safe shop operations.

Salary: USD 44,300 - 71,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Completion of a certificate or diploma program in CNC programming/machining is preferred, or 3+ years of direct CNC programming experience using Mastercam (or similar).
•2+ years of hands-on CNC programming and operation experience, ideally for prototypes or low-volume production.
•Ability to read and interpret CAD models, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine dimensions, tolerances, and operation sequence.
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication.
•Knowledge of workplace safety practices and basic machine maintenance; organized and detail-oriented with strong mechanical aptitude and precision measurement experience.
