Associate Director - Project Planning

Oversee project planning and program controls work across medium/high complexity projects, leading the creation of baseline schedules, resource profiles, and financial models. Manage schedule variance and conduct impact analysis using planning/scheduling methods and tools, while improving consistency and efficiency through best practice and continuous improvement. Lead and integrate an Integrated Program Controls Team, run collaborative planning workshops, and advise stakeholders on complex requirements through clear analysis and presentations.
