Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead application of planning/scheduling methods, techniques, and tools, including schedule management systems and procedures.
  • •Support programme leads by producing baseline scheduled tasks, resource profiles, and financial models.
  • •Perform impact analysis and monitor schedule variance to advise on complex requirements and corrective measures.
  • •Lead and manage a team delivering planning/schedule management services, responsible for staff development and continuous improvement.
  • •Work as part of the Integrated Program Controls Team to lead team integration and collaboration, including running planning workshops and presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree educated with previous industry/sector experience essential.
  • •Demonstratable experience using tools such as Oracle Primavera, MS Project, Asta Power Project, PowerBI, Excel, or Acumen Fuse.
  • •Strong working knowledge of planning/scheduling, EVM, and project controls methodologies.
  • •Ability to advise on complex requirements and communicate analysis and corrective measures effectively.
  • •Experience providing leadership, including establishing effective planning/schedule management systems and procedures.
