Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape and operate the AI governance program, including acceptable-use standards, AI data protection, and vendor/model risk review.
  • •Partner with IT to harden endpoint management, corporate infrastructure, identity services, and networking using secure-by-default and zero-trust approaches.
  • •Design and implement controls to protect company information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
  • •Run endpoint detection and response, email security, and phishing simulation and awareness programs.
  • •Build AI guardrails and enablement so teams can experiment safely, and advise employees with runbooks and security training.

Salary: USD 174,500 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in enterprise security with hands-on experience.
  • •Practical experience in at least two areas: endpoint security, network security, data security, security operations, threat management, or AI governance and security.
  • •Experience with enterprise AI governance and security (e.g., AI tool or MCP security review, prompt guardrailing), with ability to take more ownership.
  • •Experience writing policies/processes and supporting audits for ISO 27001, SOX, and SOC 2 Type II.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication, with an analytical, outcomes-driven mindset and ability to influence others.
