Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify vehicle information based on work orders and inspect all customer vehicles at time of receipt for damage, missing parts, and mechanical problems.
  • •Prepare and complete required documentation, including writing electronic condition reports (ECR).
  • •Perform day-end procedures and set up the system for day-end.
  • •Conduct OVE courtesy walks around inspections and maintain day-to-day knowledge of policies, procedures, and system capabilities.
  • •Maintain a visible safety commitment by following safety and health procedures and modeling related behaviors; perform other assigned duties and may work overtime as needed.
