Job Summary

Perform routine quality control testing in an industrial precast concrete manufacturing environment. Conduct daily compressive strength testing of hardened concrete specimens and perform pre/post pour inspections on products. Monitor production operations as needed, assist with product strip/setup/pouring when required, and report process improvements, repetitive mistakes, and quality concerns to the management team. Additional temporary or permanent duties may be assigned.

Key Responsibilities

•Report to the management team on process improvements, repetitive mistakes, and quality concerns.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Quality control experience in a related industry.
•Preferred ACI/PCI certification, or ability to pass ACI Concrete Field Testing within 3 months and maintain certification.
•Basic computer skills.
•Ability to read/write simple instructions, communicate effectively with team members, and lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day.
