Production Associate - Days

Join the production team to help deliver safe, high-quality poultry products. In a hands-on role on the processing line, you’ll perform tasks like cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting while operating equipment and keeping your work area clean. You’ll follow USDA and Pilgrim’s food safety, safety, and biosecurity guidelines, report equipment issues, support continuous improvement, and work as part of a fast-paced team.
