Bancorp Security Operations Center Agent II 7am-3:30pm

Monitor and respond to Business Security Operations Center alarm signals and life-safety events from a central station environment. Handle emergency and non-emergency inbound calls (e.g., workplace violence, bank robbery, medical emergencies, active aggressors), make outbound calls, and dispatch proper authorities. Operate BSOC and peripheral equipment under supervision while ensuring risk-aware, customer-focused execution of policies and procedures.
