Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer, track, and evaluate new hire orientation and onboarding training in accordance with the People Pillar.
  • •Supervise new hires during the training period and make recommendations regarding training needs, concerns, and continued employment.
  • •Schedule and coordinate training for multiple, sometimes simultaneous, training sessions.
  • •Organize and maintain training venues, logistics, and equipment, and present courses.
  • •Work with Excellence Coordinators and HR to track compliance and orientation results; assist HR with yearly training and participate on HR/company committees.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous training experience.
  • •Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • •Professional communication and demeanor; ability to present ideas and issues clearly in a positive, professional manner.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Must be willing to work in a plant/industrial environment; High School Diploma/GED, with Associates degree or related college coursework preferred.
