Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide project owners through delivery of capital projects, advising on optimal delivery methods (e.g., P3, design-build, progressive design-build, CM/GC)
  • •Advise on financing and funding of capital projects with an emphasis on innovative delivery
  • •Develop procurement strategies and draft procurement documents for alternative delivery projects
  • •Develop risk profiles and matrices, facilitate risk workshops, and evaluate risk allocation for project delivery
  • •Collaborate with engineers, investment bankers, financial analysts, legal counsel, and internal procurement teams to deliver projects

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • •15+ years of direct experience with project contracting and/or alternative project delivery; leadership experience on major infrastructure projects
  • •Experience with transportation infrastructure; familiarity with other sectors (water, power/energy, social infrastructure) preferred
  • •Knowledge and application of innovative project delivery methods
  • •Strong written and oral communication skills; active engagement in relevant industry organizations; authorization to work in the United States
