Join a GenAI research team focused on content understanding and TikTok recommendation systems. You’ll work on integrating recommendation large models with unified multimodal semantic spaces and the Agentic Rec framework to enable deep semantic association and autonomous planning. Tackle extreme-scale reasoning, multimodal fusion, and long-horizon decision-making, aiming to improve recommendation performance while producing state-of-the-art research outputs.

Key Responsibilities

•Integrate recommendation large models with multimodal large models and the Agentic Rec framework to reshape content distribution logic.
•Develop capabilities for recommendation agents, including self-reflection, tool invocation, and long-horizon planning.
•Address challenges in ultra-long behavioral sequences, including gradient convergence and representation drift.
•Explore unified multimodal semantic spaces aligned across video, image-text content, and user intent.
•Advance research on extreme-scale reasoning and multimodal fusion for cross-modal intent alignment.

Key Requirements

•Completing or recently completed a PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field.
•Experience in one or more areas of computer vision, natural language processing, and machine learning.
•Solid knowledge and experience with at least one major deep learning framework (e.g., PyTorch, Tensorflow, MXNet, Caffe/Caffe2).
•Familiarity with deep neural network architectures such as transformer/SSM/CNN/RNN/LSTM.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
