Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape, embed, and communicate programme vision and direction; empower, motivate, and guide high-performing teams to drive success.
  • •Maintain robust assurance/control frameworks, focusing on outcomes and benefits realisation aligned to the business case and strategy.
  • •Lead commission management and business development by managing commercial/contractual responsibilities and developing trusted client partnerships.
  • •Create stakeholder engagement and decision-making frameworks, ensuring effective engagement across programme stakeholders at all seniorities.
  • •Provide financial leadership and governance, and lead risk and health & safety strategy, while contributing to people/culture and talent development.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience delivering complex transformation/real estate programmes (£100m–£300m+) with tangible benefits and outcomes.
  • •Strong construction programme delivery background with progression into programme delivery management in a construction environment.
  • •Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including project management, project controls, technical, and commercial functions.
  • •Practical understanding of construction project delivery models, procurement routes, and contracts (NEC, JCT).
  • •Ability to manage and lead health & safety activities and understand legislative requirements including CDM and the Building Safety Act.
