Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage logistics operations including importing, warehousing, distribution, exporting, and 3PL activities across inbound, storage, outbound, and RMA.
  • •Coordinate shipment movement from vendors to factory and then to DC/export locations, serving as a focal point between vendor and procurement teams.
  • •Set and monitor warehouse KPIs and goals, ensuring safe working environment and accurate inventory via cycle counts and stock takes.
  • •Track transporter performance and dispatch end-to-end TAT per SLA; maintain metrics, reports, and process documentation.
  • •Support compliance and audit readiness, validate forwarder/3PL pre-alerts and invoices, and handle export order documents and RMA logging.

Key Requirements

  • •Min 5–9 years of experience in warehousing and distribution, including import-export and customs processes.
  • •Graduate degree; warehouse/SCM certifications preferred.
  • •Strong English written and spoken communication.
  • •Working knowledge of ERP (SAP preferred) and other supply-chain/warehousing ERPs.
  • •Advanced MS Office skills (Excel including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and analytical/problem-solving ability.
