Job Summary

Support and maintain the corporate IT environment to ensure reliable day-to-day operations and a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities

•Provide end-user technical support by resolving requests through a ticketing system and ensuring high service quality.
•Administer and support corporate SaaS platforms, including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Miro, Jira, and other internal systems.
•Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and VPN issues, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurring incidents.
•Manage user identity and access lifecycle, including access provisioning, modification, revocation, and validation of access requests.
•Administer and maintain macOS and Windows workstations, and prepare, deploy, maintain, and recover end-user devices while maintaining accurate IT asset inventory.
