Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • •Post graduate experience in the built environment and understanding of the development stage of projects (design and consenting), preferably for energy projects.
  • •Understanding of project management methodologies and risk management, including awareness of contract administration.
  • •Financial acumen for forecasting, cost control, and capital efficiency planning.
  • •Awareness of health, safety, and environmental legislation, particularly CDM regulations.
