Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high standards of customer experience in-store according to brand values and service standards.
  • •Help achieve or exceed sales, KPI and profitability targets through effective customer service.
  • •Accurately process sales transactions at checkout.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • •Assist with incoming/outgoing merchandise and stock management, including inventory counts and product availability.
