Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training; maintain accountability for inventory and equipment to prevent loss or theft.
  • •Lead Operations Associates through shifts to ensure safe, productive work and serve as escalation point for daily operations.
  • •Guide both warehouse and kitchen teams, performing day-to-day tasks and modeling professional, respectful interactions with team members and customers.
  • •Support day-to-day tasks in both warehouse and kitchen and lead by example to maintain a positive, safe atmosphere and high-quality customer experience.
  • •Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience across operations.
