Sourcing and Contract Specialist

Own end-to-end sourcing and contracting activities for assigned projects, from strategy development and contract execution to administration and closeout. Draft and author contracts using standard documents and COP tools, coordinate RFX activities, and support supplier performance management with Contract Management Plans and KPIs. Partner across BU stakeholders, Supply Chain, Quality, HSE, and Legal to analyze contractor suitability, manage contract changes, and drive win-win negotiation outcomes.
