Job Summary

Provide senior technical expertise to support customer issues as part of the Customer Reliability team. Collaborate with development engineering on escalations, bugs, and feature requests, and create troubleshooting trainings, guides, and an internal knowledge base. Triage and reproduce bugs and enhancement requests, support hot/high-touch accounts with the Escalation Management team, and participate in an on-call rotation.

•Provide senior technical knowledge on customer issues as part of the Customer Reliability technical support team.

•Maintain an internal knowledge base by developing and reviewing knowledge base articles.

Salary: EUR 44,200 - 55,200 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years as a senior technical support/escalation resource for enterprises in a related field (container management, cloud management, cloud security).
•Master-level experience with Kubernetes and Linux.
•Knowledge of one or more scripting languages (Bash/Shell/Python).
•Knowledge of public cloud providers and services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
•Working knowledge of Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Postgres, and Kafka.
