Production Technician I (Days)

Safely operate manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality photovoltaic solar modules at required production rates. Perform operational preventative maintenance, respond to intermediate-level alarms, and carry out basic quality control procedures. Interface with equipment and factory computer systems to monitor parameters and process data, maintain process control, and escalate issues when needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, run approved tests, and support inventory and waste management for the next shift.
