Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the successful implementation and delivery of professional architectural/building consultancy services, focused on technical due diligence guidelines for clients.
  • •Be part of a team assessing properties based on data room review and site visits.
  • •Evaluate structural elements such as core & shell, passive fire protection, and compliance with regulatory requirements; report significant defects with recommendations.
  • •Assess conformity with current and future regulations (statutory approvals, fire safety, etc.).
  • •Consider sustainability issues and contribute to detailed reports, records, and cost estimates for necessary remedial actions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CZK 1,957,284 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Architect / Building engineer / Building technician (Building Surveyor) / Construction project manager / Facility management role with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken). Must be able to communicate concisely in writing.
  • •Knowledge of Czech building principles, fire safety regulations, building permits and building standards (WTCB/Buildwise).
  • •Autonomous, meticulous and organized with analytical and synthetic thinking and ability to prepare documents.
  • •Driver's license and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to work under pressure on short, fast-paced projects and manage personal workload.
