  • •Identify, evaluate, and drive onboarding of high-quality TradFi/RWA assets into Earn.
  • •Research wealth management and investment product structures in traditional finance and redesign them in a crypto-native way for Earn users.
  • •Collaborate with Product, BD, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to assess feasibility, operational readiness, and go-to-market execution.
  • •Translate traditional financial product mechanisms into scalable Earn product concepts focused on user value, product design, and operational efficiency.
  • •Support end-to-end product operations including launch, optimization, performance tracking, and lifecycle management.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in product operations, product strategy, investment product, or wealth management-related roles.
  • •Strong understanding of product design, product operations, and product lifecycle management.
  • •Deep knowledge of funds, ETFs, and structured products (e.g., MMFs, mutual funds, ETFs, leveraged ETFs, PPN, FCN, covered call strategies, structured tranche/leveraged products).
  • •Strong TradFi background from asset management, wealth management, brokerage, banking, or other financial institutions.
  • •Preferred: understanding of tokenization and familiarity with compliance, regulatory, and licensing frameworks for investment products/RWAs or tokenized assets.
