Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead inventory management and shrink reduction
  • •Oversee shipment/receiving, floor replenishment, and floor set updates
  • •Maintain visual standards and stockroom organization on the sales floor
  • •Partner with store leadership to implement data-driven operational improvements
  • •Coach and develop Operations Associates and drive recruitment/mentorship
