Key Responsibilities

  • •Play a leadership role in transactions including mergers and acquisitions, syndicated loans, high yield, initial public offerings, and other capital markets activities within the Communications sector
  • •Develop relevant and actionable strategic and financing ideas, create thematic pitch content and analyze relevant industry trends in the delivery of presentations to existing and prospective clients
  • •Prepare and present offering materials / CIMs / LPs to potential investors and rating agencies, negotiate critical structural elements and act as a quarterback in all phases of transaction execution with both clients and counterparties
  • •Attend industry conventions and conferences to bolster industry knowledge, establish new relationships and support existing client relationships
  • •Oversee financial modeling and due diligence activities that support analytical decision making

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking and/or capital markets
  • •Series 79 & 63 licenses
  • •4 year degree from an accredited university; Master’s degree preferred, but not required
  • •Effective verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with clients and internal decision makers
  • •Very strong quantitative and analytical skills
