Job Summary

Provide end-to-end technical support for a specific customer, including escalations, fleet performance, installations, improvement programs, and upgrades. Serve as the field escalation focal point between customers and the division, supporting installation, operation, calibration, service, and testing for new hardware, processes, or software. Initiate and review ECOs, generate and present system performance data (e.g., MTBF/MTBI/Availability), and support documentation, field implementation, and customer presentations.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support for customer escalations, fleet performance, system installations, improvement programs, and upgrades.
•Act as intermediary and field escalation focal point between customer and division, supporting field engineers and technicians diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging equipment.
•Provide Alpha Site support for installation, operation, calibration, service, and/or testing of new hardware, process, or in-house software design.
•Provide Beta Site support for installation, operation, calibration, service, and/or testing of new hardware, software, or processes on a customer tool.
•Initiate and review ECOs, generate/present system performance data (e.g., MTBF, MTBI, Availability), produce documentation, support GPS documentation (CENs and BKMs), and ensure field implementation.

Travel: Extensive travel
