•Maintain portfolio visibility into pipeline, funding trends, conversion rates, and unrealized potential.
•Serve as the primary relationship owner; build credible relationships with operators and stakeholders; expand revenue through account development.
•Track KPIs in Salesforce, ensure data quality, and influence cross-functional teams to prioritize growth initiatives.
