Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador, building client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice. Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while using Mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, inventory cycles, and asset protection, while meeting individual and team KPIs in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
