Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a project manager for planning, developing, executing, and evaluating educational and training events for customer accounts.
  • •Schedule, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training (including orientation and in-services) for clinicians and end-users using adult learning principles.
  • •Provide clinical and technical expertise for ZOLL Hospital products, including discussing the chain of resuscitation and supporting competency development.
  • •Conduct and support in-servicing events in existing and new accounts, including facilitation of the preceptor model.
  • •Manage travel logistics and provide post-sale customer education while escalating risks or customer concerns to internal teams as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as an RN, Paramedic, or RT.
  • •Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) preferred.
  • •AHA Instructor for BLS/ACLS/PALS preferred.
  • •Clinical education experience preferred.
  • •Availability to travel up to 75%, with a current passport required.
