Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze monthly sell-in and sell-out KPIs for France & Benelux clients and Top enseignes, presenting key findings and tracking results to adjust levers.
  • •Monitor launches and optimize sell-in/sell-out steering for annual launches, including stock and rupture follow-up.
  • •Handle new project referencing for enseignes France and analyze follow-up of key drivers (testers, freebies, etc.).
  • •Create merchandising plans and manage merchandising PLV, compile merchandising anomalies/alerts, and ensure brand image and visibility.
  • •Coordinate digital distribution and the opening/closing process of points of sale, support strategic meeting preparation, and develop field tools for compliance with Hermès strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •First successful 6-month experience, ideally in a similar role (commercial or strongly analytical).
  • •Student in Ecole de Commerce, IAE, University, or equivalent (Master / Bac + 5).
  • •Organized, rigorous, and able to manage priorities daily with a strong ability to synthesize.
  • •Enjoys numbers and has good relationship skills.
  • •Very good mastery of Microsoft 365, mainly Excel.
