Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with leadership to craft transparent, high-stakes internal communications including board/leadership updates and sensitive change-management messaging.
  • •Design and launch employee engagement initiatives and culture campaigns that reinforce shared values and build belonging.
  • •Oversee end-to-end strategy, narrative design, and execution for major company moments and events such as Town Halls and annual offsites.

  • •Extensive experience designing and leading high-profile internal events, Town Halls, or large-scale company offsites end-to-end.
  • •Experience establishing metrics dashboards to track engagement and campaign performance, with curiosity for AI experimentation and modern publishing tools.
  • •Ability to manage, coach, and elevate junior team members while staying hands-on in high-stakes execution.
