Key Responsibilities

  • ā€¢Own the technical solution end to end, from customer discovery and workflow scoping through architecture, hands-on implementation, evaluation, production deployment, adoption, and handoff.
  • ā€¢Partner with customer engineers and domain experts to translate payer/provider/health-system workflows into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
  • ā€¢Design and implement production AI applications and agentic systems integrating with customer infrastructure, enterprise APIs, data platforms, EHRs, claims systems, and operational tools.
  • ā€¢Implement safeguards for protected health information, including HIPAA, privacy, security, authorization, governance, and auditability requirements.
  • ā€¢Define and operationalize evaluations and validation evidence, human-review workflows, escalation paths, and launch criteria; use error analysis and customer feedback to improve reliability and readiness.

Key Requirements

  • ā€¢6+ years of software engineering and/or ML/AI engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or comparable experience with strong technical depth.
  • ā€¢Operated as a senior engineer, tech lead, or deployment owner trusted to make technical decisions in ambiguous environments.
  • ā€¢Hands-on ownership of technical discovery, architecture, implementation, evaluation, productionization, and handoff for complex, customer-facing or enterprise systems.
