Job Summary

Manage transaction- and fund-related legal and regulatory matters for KKR’s Legal & Compliance team, including end-to-end coordination of regulatory submissions and filings across jurisdictions. Prepare fund documentation and ensure timely, accurate submissions following established procedures. Maintain comprehensive records for fund entities and closings, track corporate/fund entities, and coordinate with internal stakeholders, external counsel, regulators, and third-party service providers to keep information current.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage transaction- and fund-related legal and regulatory filings across KKR fund structures and associated entities across global jurisdictions.
•Own end-to-end fund documentation, filing preparation, and submission processes in line with established procedures.
•Maintain documentation and record systems for fund entities, closings, and filing activity.
•Track and monitor KKR corporate and fund entities and support identification of potential regulatory/organisational obligations tied to structuring changes.
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure information provided to regulators and service providers is up to date.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience working with investment funds and/or fund entity management in a law firm, in-house legal department, or regulatory compliance environment.
•Experience managing complex, multi-party processes coordinating across internal teams, external counsel, and regulatory authorities.
•Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet tight deadlines.
•Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
•Law degree (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent) or paralegal certification with substantial relevant experience, plus strong written and verbal communication.
