Job Summary

Own regulatory product risk oversight for Adyen’s existing and future offerings in North America. You will coordinate intake and documentation of regulatory requirements, project manage clear communication across teams, and keep internal tracking systems up to date. Partner closely with product teams to translate regulatory needs into compliant product features while enabling timely delivery and second-line risk clarity.

Key Responsibilities

•Project manage communication of regulatory requirements across teams, track business implementation progress, and verify timely execution.
•Coordinate intake and documentation of regulatory requirements and maintain internal tracking systems so requirements feed into technology stack implementation.
•Work with product teams to translate regulatory needs into compliant product features that keep pace with delivery.
•Serve as a voice for second line regulatory risks and help teams assess and document regulatory product risks.
•Keep the team connected and on-track by ensuring everyone has clarity needed to meet shared goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 145,000 annually

•2+ years of risk or compliance experience, preferably in a regulated fintech or US bank.
•Ability to bring people together and keep teams aligned on deadlines, projects, and regulatory requirements.
•Willingness to dive deep into regulations, laws, and rules governing payment processing and financial products.
•Ability to untangle complex problems and turn them into clear, simple paths forward.
•Strong communication skills to keep leadership and the team informed with clarity and ease.
