Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and enhance software features for embedded two-way radios.
•Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment.
•Collaborate with front-end architects, hardware engineers, test engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal feature implementation and integration.
•Write clean, well-documented C/C++ code for embedded systems and conduct design/code reviews to ensure high quality.
•Develop and execute unit, integration, and system-level tests; debug and troubleshoot software issues.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunications/Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
•2-5 years of working experience in software development; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
•Strong C/C++ programming skills and solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
•Understanding of microcontroller operation in embedded systems; system debugging and analytical skills.
•Hands-on experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and embedded software development is a plus; knowledge of LTE/DMR is advantageous; Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.
