Lead owner of the end-to-end automotive sales and financing process for luxury vehicles, managing client relationships, sourcing opportunities, coordinating with finance partners, and delivering a seamless transaction on-site near Lebanon, TN or Miami, FL. Drive deal flow, leverage CRM to track progress, and ensure compliance while collaborating with the Sales leadership to grow the retail segment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the entire deal from introduction to finance and close, ensuring accuracy and compliance
•Personally handle the full F&I process, including credit applications, lender approvals, funding paperwork, and compliance
•Source opportunities and build/maintain a personal pipeline through outbound outreach and referrals
•Utilize CRM tools to manage follow-up, track deal progress, and ensure timely customer communication
•Collaborate across departments to move deals forward efficiently and maintain strong product knowledge across multiple brands

Key Requirements

•Luxury, exotic, or high-line automotive sales experience
•Direct F&I experience
•Proven ability to self-source leads and manage a personal pipeline
•Strong knowledge of lender platforms (e.g., RouteOne, Dealertrack, Westlake) and finance compliance
•Excellent communication, professionalism, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
