Operation Associate (Hourly Rated)

Support the Driver Onboarding team with day-to-day operational activities in a proactive, customer-focused role. You’ll assist prospective Driver Partners by answering enquiries over the phone, guiding them on onboarding requirements and documentation, verifying submitted documents, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The role includes a rotating schedule for weekend and Public Holiday document verification duties, typically completed remotely.
