Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the overall roadmap for the introduction of new technologies into the FC organization, including Machine Learning, Generative AI (multi vendor), Blockchain and future developments.
  • •Ensure new technologies are implemented safely in the Fin Crime department with data security and full traceability of outcomes for black box solutions.
  • •Work across the Bank and central teams to incorporate best practices and standards into FC usage of these technologies; set appropriate standards for all new production solutions.
  • •Work with technology teams to generate Proofs of Concept that deliver business value and can progress to full solution delivery.
  • •Ensure the value stream adheres to relevant industry regulations and compliance standards and maintain proactive change control across AI/ML/BC initiatives.

  • •Strong capability in applying newer technologies to Fin Crime, including running change projects across technology and business
  • •Experience integrating technical solutions and automation to support value stream efficiency and effectiveness
  • •Problem-solving background with ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions in a team
  • •Excellent communication skills with experience facilitating collaboration across multiple teams
  • •Stakeholder management with experience influencing stakeholders in a programme delivery setting
