Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic analyses that inform pricing, investment, and competitive strategy, translating complex data into clear recommendations.
  • •Build financial models and data visibility to enable better operating decisions and faster execution.
  • •Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency and outcomes across the business.
  • •Partner with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering as the connective tissue between Finance and the rest of the company.
  • •Lead high-impact ad hoc projects that provide outsized leverage to the business.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or a similarly rigorous analytical role.
  • •Technically sharp ability to turn ambiguous data into a narrative that supports strategic decisions.
  • •Fluency in SaaS business models and connecting metrics to operating decisions.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication to make complex ideas clear to different audiences.
  • •High ownership and low ego, with a bias toward action and eagerness to lead from start to finish.
